Thank you for your interest in registering for HeLP-Diabetes.
HeLP-Diabetes is designed to support people who have type 2 diabetes. It can help you manage and control your diabetes so you can lead a full and healthy life.
When you register, you get access to the HeLP-Diabetes website plus a four-week online course called Starting out.
HeLP-Diabetes has been developed by UCL (University College London) and the Whittington Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and is delivered by the social enterprise HeLP Digital Community Interest Company.
Currently, only people registered with GP surgeries in Barnet, Islington, Lambeth, Lewisham and Sunderland can use HeLP-Diabetes. If you are not in one of these areas, you can ask your GP to contact us for more information about making HeLP-Diabetes available in your area.
